While we don’t have a set menu for catering yet, I can tell you that we do ribs, pulled pork, brisket, sausage and chicken. We have a number of sides that we make – everything from cole slaw to beans.
Let us know what kinds of BBQ’d goodness you’d like to serve, we’ll work to cater to your partying needs. The more advanced notice the better as we usually take a few days to write a menu and smoke the meats.
