When Erick is not serving and protecting as a member of the elite Chicago S.W.A.T. team, he likes to focus on creating masterpieces with smoke and fire. Erick’s culinary school experience and well trained palate helps him create outstanding combinations that delight the tongue and dazzle the mind. This little engine that could is always trying new flavors and is sure to keep the Danger Pigs on the cutting edge.

Duane McElvain
Life-long computer geek and pyromaniac, Duane’s the brains behind the operation (that’s a blatant lie). He keeps the Danger Pigs on the technological forefront by utilizing miracles like “internets” and “the facebook” to spread the word that the Danger Pigs are out there. Generally found in front of the grill or trying to put bacon into everything The Pigs make, he’s more of a back-stage kind of guy that gets things done while avoiding social contact at all costs.
